He was predeceased by: his son Kurtis; his brother Tony; his mother Janice; and his wife Brenda. He is survived by: his children, Hillary (Jacob) and Keith; his father Tony; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Jr., Seanna and Keith (Sharon); and his sisters, Kay (Dusty) and Shelly. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
