She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Semrad and Carolyn Semrad (Street); and her former husband Donald Eckholm. She is survived by: her daughters, Cassy Lybolt (Jesse) of Enid and Cally Winburn (Austin Tautfest); her brother Chris Semrad (Cindy Ellis) of Enid; her grandchildren, Kadin, Noah, Taelynn and Jess; her nephew Dakota Semrad (Terrah); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Graham and Haven of Hennessey; her nephew Seth Semrad (Brittney); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Joel, Adleigh and Finley of Hennessey; and her stepfather Tom Sander of Texas.
