He is survived by: his sons, Rick Koehn (LaVina) of Enid, Randey Koehn (Denise) of Valley Center and Ron Koehn (Pam) of Enid. He is also survived by six grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and one Great Great granddaughter.
