He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Rogers and Dick Rogers; and his brother Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughter Jill Rogers Russell (Richard); his grandchildren, Cade and Riley Kay of Raleigh, NC; and his son Jay Rogers (Theresa) of Tulsa.
