She was predeceased by: her parents, Duaine Hubbart and Jane Hubbart (Lamunyon); her husband Randy Koehn; and her brother Hal Hubbart. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Hurst (Chris) of Enid, Josh Koehn (Amber) of Hennessey and Shelly Hladik (Brett) of Hennessey; her grandchildren, Christopher Hurst (Brittany), Kalob Hurst (Bella), Mason, Cannon Hurst, Paityn, Blakely, Jake Koehn, Makenzie, Addisyn and Maggie Hladik; her great grandchildren, Everett and Luna Hurst; her siblings, Rex Hubbart of Bison, OK and Myrna Steinke of Enid; and her sister-in-law Sandy Bittle (Rick) of Yukon, OK. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Memorial contributions in Cindy's name may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
