She is survived by: her parents, C. A. Maggard and Deanna Maggard (League); her daughter Karly Peck; and her siblings, Angela Britton, Lucinda Franklin, Peggy Veneklasen, Martin Maxwell and Teresa Dunham. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to Humanity Hospice with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
