She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tack and Charlott Tack; her daughter Jennifer Givens; and her brothers, Bill and Dennis Tack.
She is survived by: her husband Frank, Sr.; and her sons, Frank Hill, Jr., Jerry Bittiker and Kyle Hill. She is also survived by six grandchildren and other family members.
Memorials may be made to OMRF -Diabetes Division with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory serving as custodians of the funds.
