She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Forbes and Iris Pearl Felkner Forbes; and her sons, Curtis McCaugh and Joey Isom. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Mader; her children, Gail Conley and Timothy Mize; her granddaughter Jamie Cook; her great grandchild Willow Grace McGee; her siblings, Bill Forbes, Louise Gibson, Pat Forbes McCaugh and Susan Forbes; and her nieces, Angela, Savonna, Rolanda and Lenia.
Memorials in her name may be made to the Oklahoma Heart Foundation with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
