She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam and Evelyn; her parents-in-law, Ed and Arlene Hermanski; and her brother-in-law Phil.
She is survived by: her adoptive father Sam Perkins; her husband Ryan Hermanski; her sons, Jordan and Alec Hermanski; her brothers, Will, Kenny and Carl Perkins; and her siblings-in-law, Terry Hermanski and Sherri Hermanski. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
