He was predeceased by: his sister Toni Lack Wade. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Jan Bartley; his wife Debbie; his children, Cody (Alissa) of Wellington, KS and Amy (Travis Brown) of Broken Arrow, OK; his grandchildren, Ariel Lack, Edmond, Gavin Lack, Emily, Hailey Shire of Enid and Langdon Lack of Wellington, KS.; and his siblings, Birdie Harkey (Kenneth) of Springdale, AR and Johnny (Patty) of Mtn. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
