She was predeceased by: her mother Phyllis Holloway (Wisner); her grandparents, Hershell, Lucille Wisner, Dee and Margie Holloway; her granddaughter Brooklynn Hope Jared; her brother Matt Nelson; and her aunts and uncles, Rodney Holloway, Gene Wisner, Thurlene Davis and LaVeta Owens.
She is survived by: her father Donnie Holloway (Marthella); her husband Terry Hoffman; her children, Bryant Hoffman and Tylie Jared (Zachary); her grandson Jensen Jared; her sister Shree Perez (Jose); her uncle Bob Holloway (Jean); and her aunts, Caroline Holloway and Wanda Sachse (Jim). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
