She is survived by: her parents, Oral Ivens and Francis Inez Mosher Guthrie; her husband James; her son Ronald Matthews of Enid; her grandsons, Edward Matthews of Enid and Jonathan Matthews of Broken Arrow; her great grandchildren, James Matthews of Enid, Brandi Matthews of Enid, Meghan Matthews and Caitlyn Matthews of Broken Arrow; and her siblings, Verda Raser of Mineola and Wilbur Guthrie of Ames.
The family has requested, instead of flowers, memorial donation checks be made payable to First Baptist Church.
