With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Sims (Enid, Oklahoma), born in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 13, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sims and Bonnie Opal Pelfrey; and his brothers, Jimmie Sims and Jerry Sims. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sims; his children, Billy Sims, II (Lori) of Garber and Tiffany Plunkett (Randy) of Enid; his grandchildren, Tyler Sims of Edmond, Parker Sims of Stillwater, Victoria Plunkett of Enid, Elizabeth Plunkett of Enid and Kathryn Plunkett of Enid; his siblings, Kenneth Sims (Carolyn) of Louisville, Kentucky, Sue McLoud (Dale) of Holdenville and Janice Gibson (Fred) of Tulsa; and his siblings-in-law, Marsha Sims, Douglas Green (Mary) of Carmen and Angela Amundson (Troy) of Garber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a large extended family.

Memorial donations may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Garber or the charity of your choice.
