She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Mootz, Deb Mootz, Gary Mootz, Allen Mootz, Carl Mootz, Sheryl Mootz, Pam Mootz and Sam Mootz; her grandchildren, Shannon, Shawn, Shay, Shad Mootz, Nathan Mootz, Cassi Mootz, Tiffany Weimer (Mootz), Chelsi Mootz, Brandon, Megan and Trevor Galusha; her stepgrandchildren, Chris Hepner, Spray Hepner and Sisaly Hepner; and her sister Janet L. Chavez.
