She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lamb Thompson and Grace Mae Phebus Thompson; her spouse Maurice Robert Mayes; and her sister Verda Luck. She is survived by: her children, Renee McKinney of Borger, Cathy Mayes of Bastrop, Texas and Gary Mayes (Jeanine) of Mankato, Kansas; and her grandchildren, Tami Bailey, Kristi Shepperson, Andrea Mayes, Jessica Parker, Cory McKinney and Casey McKinney. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren.
