It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie A. Heffner (Enid, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Hank Heffner. She is survived by: her son Michael DeBoard; her granddaughter RaeAnna Pankey (Brendon); and her great grandchild Sophie Pankey.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Circle of Life.
