He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Shoffner and Gladys Shoffner; and his sister Rutha Glasse. He is survived by: his wife Judith L. Shoffner; and his children, Samuel Shoffner, Stephanie O'Neal, Stacey Shoffner and Sally Shoffner.
