She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Emerson and Mary Jane Moody (Young); her children, Jackie Eugena Bright and Gary Micah Bright; her brother George Eugene Young; and her stepfather Ralph E. Young.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Bright; and her children, Mary Ella Miller, Robin Hansen (Daniel), Carol Lea Bright, Noah Eric Bright, Beverly Yost, Rebecca Ann Vonderheide (Chris) and Aaron Bright. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings, 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Memorial donations in Barbara's name can be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
