He is survived by: his children, Daniel Blanchard of Manawa, Dawn Galligher (John) of Enid, Dale Blanchard of Oklahoma City, Allen Campbell (Sandy) of Texarkana, Laquita Adams of Enid, Carol Olmstead (T. A.) of Enid and Robin Campbell of Enid; and his brother Delmar Blanchard of Enid. He is also survived by Five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
