He was predeceased by: his parents, Ladd Vencl and Maude Barnett Vencl; his brother Robert (Bob); and his grandparents, Marie Skarky Vencl, Ray and Myrtle Barnett.

He is survived by: his wife Lora Rowe; his children, Wendell Vencl (Judy), Cindy Koehn (Darren) and Greg Vencl (Terri); his grandchildren, Candace Dally (Chris), Enid, Daryn Vencl (Kristen), Edmond, Jared Vencl of Tuscon, AZ, Chase Vencl (Sarah), Shae Williams (Ashli) of Fate, TX and Hayden Vencl (Lindsey); and his great grandchildren, Kendyl, Kannon Dally, Camden, Madison Vencl, Emmalyn, Barrett Vencl, Lexington Williams and Fletcher Vencl.

Memorials may be made to the White Cemetery at Hunter or the Hunter United Methodist Church with the funeral home as custodians.
