She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Carter and Beulah Chadd Carter; her husband Dwight Shaw; her son Larry; and her children-in-law, Julie Shaw and Bob Schimon.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Shaw of Enid and Karen Schimon of Carrier; and her sister Freda Brawly of Hamilton, Montana. She is also survived by six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
