She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Milacek and Minnie Sedlak Milacek; her spouse Jackie Lee Eckhardt (Jack); her daughter Jackie; her son-in-law Dan Ledlow; her siblings-in-law, Lee and Lottie Eckhardt; and her nephew Keith Milacek.
She is survived by: her children, Jaqueline (Jackie), Janis, Ronnie Eckhardt (Anita) of Enid, Chris Eckhardt (Darla) of Waukomis and Tracy Lynn Eckhardt of Enid; her grandchildren, Ryan Eckhardt (Melissa), Kari Pratt (Jeff), Beki Hicks (Allen), Jamie McKinnon (Michael), Kristen Ledlow, Tyler Ledlow (Callie), Joshua Dickinson and Blake Eckhardt; her great grandchildren, Madison, Kate, Kenzie, Bradyn, Mason, Rylie, Trey, Allie, Addisyn, Briar and Lochlan; and her siblings, David C. Milacek and Charolette Bailey. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
