He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Hubert, Arlene Henry, Homer, Eula Harvill and Glenn Gammill; his grandparents, Michael Perez, Edgar Parsons and Yvonne Henry; his great-aunt Glenda Gammill; his uncles, Dennis Perez and Timothy Perez; his aunt Cindy Vinson; and his cousin Gavin Henry.
He is survived by: his parents, David Henry and Dara Perez; his brother Zachary Henry; his great-grandparent Vivian Gammill; his grandparents, Donald Henry (Patrica) and Genevieve Parsons; and his aunts and uncles, Richard Perez (Susan), Thomas Perez, Debra Burnett (Gary), Sabrina Kramer (Chris) and Shana Bridwell (Austin).
Memorials may be made in his honor to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
