He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Allen and Owanna Allen; and his brother-in-law John Paul Hilligoss. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Allen of Enid; his sons, Milo Allen (Shaney) of Tonkawa and Noah Allen (Kelsey) of Guthrie; his sisters, Christina Danielle Allen and Kelly Allen; his granddaughter Lucy Allen; his nephews, Moses, Clovis and Solomon Allen; his parents-in-law, Margaret Moss and Dr. David Hilligoss; his brothers-in-law, George and Matthew Hilligoss; and his close friend David Kuner.

Memorial gifts may be made in honor of Andrew Allen to the National Foundation for Transplant, or St. Matthew's Episcopal Church (funds for St. Crispin's Church Camp scholarships) with Brown-Cummings.
