She was predeceased by: her parents, William Inglish and Mary Inglish (Wilbanks); and her brother Tom Inglish. She is survived by: her husband Ed Schovanec of Waukomis; her children, Matt Schovanec (Erin Vculek), Emily Schovanec and Erin Schovanec; her grandchildren, Zachary, Parker and Madeline Schovanec; and her siblings, Bill Inglish Jr. and Mary Caroline Appleman (Inglish).
In lieu of flowers, Amy requests donations be sent to Hough Ear Institute in Oklahoma City with Brown-Cummings Funeral home serving as custodian of the funds.
