He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Eylar; and his siblings, Lewis, Alice Perry and Lawana Hanrahan. He is survived by: his mother Susan Payton Eylar; his children, Christy Eylar (Erik Wardle), Nixie Eylar, Sam Bennett, Alvin Eylar III and D'Ete Peak (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Eliana, Silas, Ezekiel, Oliver, Danika, Lilly, Tommy and Hanna; and his siblings, LeRoy, Gene, Esther Flores, Judy Harris and Betty Sue Roth.
