He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Semrad and Lee Semrad (Bryant); his wife Barbara Gash; his son Christopher; and his brother David Semrad.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Semrad (Chrysi) of Prairie Grove, AR, Patricia Joseph of Riverview, FL and Jenise Watkins (Dana) of Enid; and his siblings, Mike Semrad and Rebecca Holder (Tom) of Hennessey. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
