He was predeceased by: his mother Jo Ann; and his niece Andrea Summer. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Morgan; his children, Kandace Weakly (Brett), Teri Creel-Moulton (Kyla) and Jason Burpo; his grandchildren, Tyler, Shelby Young, Ciarra, Chris Hayes, Austyn and Andrea Creel; his great grandchildren, Saige and Ryker; and his sister Jolayne Urban. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to Enid First Nazarene Church.
