He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Moore and Ethel Viola Jones (Jones); his half-siblings, Roy Lee Shane, Johnny Parker, Leonard C Parker and Mary Thompson; his niece Sandra Shane; and his nephew Mark Thompson.
He is survived by: his sister Faye Roberts of Amelia Courthouse, Virginia; his children, Michael Shane Moore (Diana) of Vivian, Louisiana, Linda Medford (Dale) of Elmore City, Rebecca Young (Blain) of Foster, Melissa Moore, GrandPups-Abbott and Emily; his grandchildren, Ethan Young, Dillon Medford, Casey Medford and Tonya Sedrick; his great grandchildren, Mila, Haley and Kale; and his nieces and nephews, Linda, Roy Lynn, Leonard, Debra, Dwayne, Lisa, Jeanna, John Royce, Curtis, Anthony and Marla.
