He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Jason Smith (Miriam) of Elmore City, Oklahoma Stephen Smith (Debbie) of Tampa, Toni Lee Ramski of Seymour and Texas Carrie Ann Rose of Casper; his brother Mickey Smith of Tyler; his parents, James Smith and Bonnie Smith; and also Cara Madison of Tyler. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
