With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanetta Tillery (Elmore City, Oklahoma), who passed away on July 14, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Welcher and Irene Welcher (Bost); her husband Vernon Edward Tillery; her siblings, Sandra Kay Nation, Ronda "Hopie" Begley, Wendell Paul Welcher, Lynn Roy Welcher and Stevie Welcher; her brother-in-law Don Colwell; her grandson Jesse Wyatt Tillery; and her great grandchild Gracie Rae Ezzell.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald, Brenda Tillery of Hennepin, Rickey, Anita Tillery of Edmond, Renee and Michael Johnson of Elmore City; her grandchildren, Jodie, Jeff Clemons, Jaxon, Jentry of Ardmore, Ardra Tillery, Faith, Chase of Dougherty, Jayme, Jason Cook, Jade, Jaysen (JB) of Elmore City, Amber, Rod Smith, Noah, Reid of Piedmont, Autumn, Justin McCaulla, Nixon, Jett of Piedmont, Malley, Brett Lynes, Karson, Hudson of Edmond, Masey, Cory Listen, Ellee of Edmond, Ashley, Justin Caldwell, Grady of Elgin, Corey, Shallen Johnson, Cason, Brock, Cannon, Tayleigh, Stassi of Elmore City, Courtney, Jeremy Ezzell, Cadence and Abram of Maysville, Oklahoma; her siblings, Lura Beth (Jim Veazey), Glenda Colwell of Lawton, Jacklyn (Johnny Harman), Tommy (Virginia Welcher) and Clinton (Cathy Welcher); her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Welcher of Elmore City and Wayne Begley of Lawton, Oklahoma.; and her caregivers, Rosa Pyle and Kelli Honeycutt. She is also survived by her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made, in memory of Jeanetta, to a fund set up at Paul's Valley National Bank-Elmore City Branch (PO Box 435, Elmore City, Oklahoma 73433) to be used for the Elmore City FFA and 4-H local spring stock show.
