She is survived by: her husband Scott Dean Cornell; her children, Micah Christopher Bradley Christian (Megan Brandon Shane) and Toni Kay-Lee Goforth (Matthew Hill); her sisters, Donna Gene Helgeson, Kay Hand and Sue Johnson; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Timothy, Joseph, Abigail Christian, Kaydance, Jacob and Phillip Gorforth Mrs.
