It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Fowler (Elk City, Oklahoma), born in Sweetwater, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 7, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Edward Levi Fowler, Jr.; her brothers, Odell Perry and Beelee Perry; her children, Char Bonham of Oklahoma City, OK, Vikki Fowler, Kathy Heinsohn (Darrel), Doug Fowler (Gay) and Jill Drake (Kenny); her grandchildren, Tess Markham, Jamie Teel, Dustin Drake, Hope Rupp, Casey Drake, Tyler Heinsohn, Trampis Fowler and Lacy Musick; and her sisters, Wray Mead, Neva Bartlett and Betty Allen. She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; 1 brother.
