He is survived by: his wife Tamara; his children, Dallas Fillingim of Windthorst, Texas, Lauren Millican of Elk City, Lacey Millican of Cornish, Kelcee Millican of Elk City and Lindsey Thomas of Canyon, Texas; and his sister Mary Newman of Waxahachie, Texas.
