He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Ora Jency Wingfield; his son William Jeffery Yow (Jeff); his wife Cynthia of Elk City, Oklahoma; his daughters, Janet Lynn Dillingham of Elk City, Oklahoma, Jaye Lynnette Womack (Jeff) of Elk City, Oklahoma and Jamie Lou Tosh (Steve) of Elk City, Oklahoma; his brother Larry Yow (Nelda) of Duncan, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Eric Yow of Elk City, Jennifer Dillingham (Cody Crow, Amanda) of Elk City, Gabe of Elk City, Kristen Tosh of Edmond, Leann Arndt (Eric, Megan Werth) of Elk City, Josh of Elk City, Adam Yow (Jennie) of Elk City and Kyle Tosh (Marnie) of Elk City; his wife Janette; his parent Paul Yow; his sister Virginia Ray; and his son-in-law Henry Dillingham.
