He was predeceased by: his parents, Chulio Stepp and Margaret Stepp (Humanstriker); his wife Leona Standingwater; his grandchildren, Amber Lynn Candy and Corey Youngblood; and his siblings, Peggy Marrs, Fanny Glass, Margaret Milligan and Walter Step.
He is survived by: his children, Deanna Davis, Tammi Candy (Rickey) and B. J. Stepp (Lisa) of Elk City; and his grandchildren, Brandon Standingwater, Codey Yong Bull, Amber Young Bull, Ricki Candy, Samantha Candy, Cheryl Candy, Vanessa Candy, Baleigh, Standingwater Nykesha Nez and Aaliya Jim. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
