He was predeceased by: his parents, Arland B. Lowry and Norma Myretta Lowry (Hager); and his siblings, Kent Lowry and Arletta Trout. He is survived by: his wife Bette Lowry of Elk City, Oklahoma; his daughters, Lori Atteberry (Charlie) of Elk City, Lisa Flewelling (Jan) of Little Elm and Lana Schneberger (Russell) of Elk City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Tiffany Shelton (Andy) of Elk City, Lindsay Abila of Pilot Point, Tara Price (Josh) of Elk City, Tina Smith of Rockwall, Heather Smith of Dallas, Sara Smith of Dallas, Ethan Schneberger of Elk City and Lexi Schneberger of Elk City; his great grandchildren, Tayte, Aubry, Cynthia, Eli, Lily, Lucy, Johnny and Bonnie; and his sisters, Linda Sue Wray of Elk City and Beth Gowdy of Amarillo, Texas.. He is also survived by his family and grandchildren.
