It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Webb (Elk City, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 23, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mable Cromwell (Beaver) and Eugene Webb; his wife Betty Webb; his grandson Joshua Simms; and his siblings, Jerry Webb, June Griffin, Floyd Lee Webb, Johnny Webb, Patricia McDaniel and Elmer Webb.
He is survived by: his son Richard Vaughn Webb, Jr.; and his siblings, Katie Mauldin of Los Lunas, NM, Fred Babcock (Peggy), Graham and Doyle Webb (Linda). He is also survived by the children that he raised, Estelle Simms, Carter, OK, Patricia Carnegie, Sayre, OK and C. W. Bogges, Dickinson, TX; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
