He is survived by: his parents, Lana Renae Hawkins (Nix) of Elk City, Oklahoma and Drew Hawkins; his brother Rusty Hawkins of Elk City, Oklahoma; and his grandparents, Bill, Connie Hawkins of Loyal, Kenneth and Debbie Dyck of Corn, Oklahoma.
