He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Flenner; his children, Debra Baker of Pleasant Hill, California and Larry Baker (Denette) of Berlin, Oklahoma; his grandsons, Garrett (Stormie) of Calumet and Steven Baker of Elk City, Oklahoma; his great grandchild Evelyn Baker of Elk City, Oklahoma; his sister Barbara Sue Armstrong (Mike) of Berlin, Oklahoma; his cousin Mack Law of Wayne, Oklahoma; and his sister-in-law Linda Baker of Elk City.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Berlin Cemetery.
