He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe A. Evans and Iola Evans (Sunny); his wife Mary Evans (Ormand); his children, Perry Wayne Evans, Jr. (Beth) of Kingfisher, Kevin Evans (Heather) of Maplewood and Kelli Turney (Doug) of Fort Cobb; his grandchildren, Mandy Gulley (Clint), Taylor Evans (Savannah) of Columbia, Sarah Starr (Eli) of Elk City, Mara Evans of Chicago, Trey Abbott of Fort Cobb, James Evans of Maplewood and Abby Briscoe of Oklahoma City; his great grandchildren, Peri Gulley of Canute and Laythen Starr of Elk City; and his sisters, Marian Chambless and Loretta Sharp. He was also cherished by his wife, parents, son, and grandchildren.
