She is survived by: her children, Tammy Lynn Dugger (Richard) of Elk City, Chuck Watson of Oklahoma City and Chris Watson (DeAnna) of Okmulgee; her grandchildren, Zach Rowland of Burns Flat, Radek Rowland of Elk City, Lex Hayden Dugger of Elk City, Elizabeth Frances Dugger of Elk City, Kayla Watson of Oklahoma City, Morgan Higgins, Chance Watson and Shadow Watson; her great grandchild Easton Blake Rowland of Elk City; and her brother Keith Plum (Cindi) of Oklahoma City.
