He is survived by: his brothers, Dwain Kamphaus (Clarene) of Clinton, Oklahoma, David Kamphaus of Edmond, Oklahoma, Tim Kamphaus (Jo) of Yukon, Oklahoma and John Kamphaus (Tamara) of Dallas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins, and friends.
