She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lewis and Oriel Lewis; her husband Monty Ray Bice; her son Conrad Lee Bice; and her brothers, Wayne Lewis and Earl Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, August and Roci; her former husband David Smith; her grandchildren, Taylor Ray Bice of Weatherford, Brayden, Daisey Danielle Bice of Shawnee and Monty August Carver; and her siblings, Billy Lewis of Odessa and Judy Velasco of Las Vegas.
