He is survived by: his wife Lachelle; his children, Kenleigh Monroe and Carter Monroe; his mother Vicki Little; his stepfather Chick Little of Elk City, OK; his brother James Monroe of Elk City, OK; his nephew Dalton Monroe; his great-nephew Stetson Monroe; and his grandmother Fern Crane of Redding, CA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
