He is survived by: his wife Edith Ashley of Elk City, Oklahoma; his sons, Johnny Lavern Ashley (Shelly) of Elk City and Phil Ashley (Kim) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Amanda Ashley of Elk City, Hannah Ashley of Tulsa and Hayden Ashley of Tulsa.
