He was predeceased by: his niece Stormie Keith. He is survived by: his sister Lois Cunningham (Brian); his children, RaShae Keith, Lewis Keith, III and Jesse Keith of Wyoming; his granddaughters, Isabella, Lilly, Jasmine and Anastasia; his nephews, Robby Harbuck and B. J. Smith; and his niece Christina Allen.
