He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Raymond and Carrie Mae George (Tully); his brothers, Junior, Dale and Bill; and his nephew Michael George.
He is survived by: his children, Tiffany and Larry; his stepchildren, Kathryn Jean Percival and Charles Thomas Percival; his sister-in-law Vivian George of Joplin; his nieces and nephews, Laurie George and Connie Mace; his son Brad Mace of Joplin, Missouri; and also Dale. He is also survived by wife, daughter and step children.
