He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Andrew and Jayne Noakes (Staples); and his son Roger Andrew "Andy" Noakes. He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his daughter Liz LeVick (Roger) of Blair, Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Tomara Armstrong (Chris) of Elk City, Oklahoma and Cassy Sottile (Dillon) of Elk City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, David Dominiak of Oklahoma City, Cassidy Daniels of Blair, Matt LeVick of Weatherford, Gabriel Bell of Florida, Brynn Armstrong of Elk City, Oklahoma, Danni Sottile of Elk City, Oklahoma and Ella Sottile of Elk City, Oklahoma; and his uncle Bob Noakes of California.
