It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Kay Allen (Elk City, Oklahoma), born in Edmond, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 3, 2018, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Carrol Joe Allen; her grandparents, Bill Allen, Vonnie Allen, Glen Williams and Nene Williams; and her uncles, Charlie Martin and Billy Allen.
She is survived by: her mother Shirley Jean Allen of Elk City; her sister Jo Brenda Rogers (Jim); her aunts, Barbara Martin of Fort Worth and ElRay Allen of Elk City; and her nieces and nephews, JaLynn Harmon (Trey) of Elk City, Joe Bill Rogers (Cassandra) of Sayre, Cheyenne Rogers of Sayre, Trigger Rogers of Sayre and Jaxton Beene of Elk City.
